Air Quality Compliance-Coordinate and supervise compliance stack testing events; provide logistical guidance to process operators during these events; complete annual emissions inventory questionnaires; provide technical and regulatory guidance for air quality permit applications; complete federal operating permit (Title V) semi-annual deviation reports; provide regulatory guidance during selection and configuration process for air pollution abatement equipment; and provide written procedures for process operators to comply with permit requirements.  Water Quality Compliance-Complete applications for wastewater permit renewals; participate in capital projects to upgrade wastewater treatment facilities; submit noncompliance reports; and submit monthly discharge monitoring reports (DMRs). Hazardous Waste Compliance-Implement and conduct weekly hazardous waste inspections for waste storage areas; and conduct sampling for waste profiling and applicability of land disposal restrictions (LDRs).

Chemical Engineer #1084

Chemical Engineer with twenty three years of basic and detailed process design experience of upstream gas and oil processing and process, power and chemical plants including petroleum refining, chemicals and petrochemicals, fossil fuel power generation, food and pharmaceutical industries, polymers, synthetic rubber and engineering plastics plants and wastewater treatment facilities.
